Why should I attend this seminar?

You will learn the nuts and bolts of QuickBooks.  But not just the “how” of Quickbooks.  We will also be teaching QuickBooks from a unique perspective specifically for business owners that will also provide the “why” of QuickBooks.  This includes:

• how to set up your chart of accounts and categorize income and expenses correctly. 
• how to make sure data goes in correctly so that your reports are telling you what you
• how to read the reports, and most importantly,
• how to use the reports as a business owner to solve and even prevent problems, and to find and even create opportunities.  

What if I already have an accounting solution?

Even if you already have an accounting solution, this seminar may show you that there may still be additional accounting solutions that can improve your business. 

What if I don't use QuickBooks?

You may still learn much as most accounting programs are similar.  It’s the accounting principles behind the programs that make accounting programs easier to understand and use.  Even if you are not using a computerized accounting solution at all, you may be amazed at the time QuickBooks can save you in providing reports and decision making tools that will make you more effective and successful as a business owner.

How can you offer this extensive seminar for free?

Similar seminars run $150 to $300 for a full day of instruction.  We offer these seminars for free because whenever we do, we attract new clients.  As we are able to share valuable information and demonstrate our expertise in the seminar, many attendees see that we are a better accounting solution than they currently have in place.  It’s a soft-sell way to demonstrate our fundamental difference from most accountants, and the advantage of using us over doing your accounting yourself, or not doing it at all.  

Can I bring my bookkeeper?

This seminar is geared specifically toward business owners, looking at QuickBooks from a STRATEGIC standpoint, as well as some TACTICAL instruction.
